Changes and Returns Policy
Cancellations and Refunds: You may cancel your purchase and receive a refund through the same payment method within 3 days (72 hours), provided that the license has not been used.
Product Exchanges: You may exchange the game you purchased for any other product in our store, subject to the conditions mentioned above. The new product must be of equivalent value to the original; if it is of higher value, you may pay the difference. (Please note that we do not provide partial refunds for exchanges; any remaining balance will be kept as credit for your next purchase).

🔺 Technical Issues: If the purchased game presents performance or operational issues that we are unable to resolve, we will issue a 100% refund of the amount paid, provided the claim is made within 72 hours of delivery. For these types of issues, please contact us via WhatsApp.
